First let start off by saying that I normally do not enjoy sweets, but every now and then a desert comes around that changes that preference. One fine example is this caramel-cheesecake-brownie. I had the privilege of tasting one of these brownies the other day and I was blown away! If you like brownies, and cheesecake (two sweet dishes that I actually do enjoy from time to time) you will LOVE this fusion of the two! I don’t normally gave a birthday cake on my bday because I don’t really enjoy cake and sweets, but this dish really changes my opinion and I plan to devour this dish regularly, not just on special occasion! Thanks Evan for the delicious recipe! I give it a 10/10, and I NEVER score anything that high!
